La historia empezó hace 8 años. Esta famosa empresa australiana de ingeniería hidráulica está situada en el oeste de Australia y se dedica al óxido de cobre negro.
Para optimizar la gestión del agua y ahorrar más agua y, al mismo tiempo, reducir el derroche de energía, la planta decidió recuperar el agua de lavado a contracorriente del sistema de UF existente.
El agua de lavado recuperada se filtraría de nuevo por UF y se convertiría en agua de alimentación de ósmosis inversa. La capacidad de entrada del sistema es de 8 m3/h, y la capacidad de producción de agua debería alcanzar los 4 m3/h.
Antes de adentrarnos en este proyecto, necesitamos saber claramente qué quería nuestro cliente y cuál es su objetivo. A partir de la encuesta, averiguamos los requisitos importantes que se indican a continuación.
Nuestro cliente es profesional y está especializado en la calidad del agua de alimentación. Rellenaron una hoja de análisis sobre los datos de calidad del agua de entrada, que nos ayudó a confirmar los materiales de las membranas de UF en poco tiempo.
A partir de la siguiente tabla, pudimos saber que los tamaños de las partículas eran en su mayoría de alrededor de 10um con un porcentaje del 93,19%.
Basándonos en la calidad del agua de entrada y el uso del agua de salida, elegimos el siguiente elemento de UF.

El factor clave que preocupaba a nuestro cliente era la capacidad de producción de la membrana de UF. Cuando se trata de la capacidad de producción, en realidad es difícil decir un número exacto.
