El filtro coalescente se utilizó en los contaminantes de combustible de hidrocarburos para eliminar y separar el agua del combustible.
Habrá 2 etapas en todo el proceso coalescente. En la etapa 1, es necesario eliminar los contaminantes mediante el uso de un filtro de cartucho de alto flujo con clasificación de micras y un filtro coalescente, que puede separar el agua del combustible para obtener combustible calificado y entregarlo al usuario final.
Aquí el problema obvio ocurriría cuando se utiliza TPP. Hay un filtro de cartucho de un proveedor chino a continuación, se puede encontrar el problema fácilmente en la imagen.

Basándonos en los requisitos del proyecto. Proporcionamos un cartucho filtrante Max-A de alto flujo con un medio filtrante de fibra de vidrio y una clasificación absoluta de 5um, para eliminar los contaminantes de la etapa 1. La razón por la que Brother Filtration seleccionó la fibra de vidrio es que el material PP se hincharía en el fluido de hidrocarburos.
Para la etapa 2, necesitábamos un filtro coalescente para eliminar el agua del combustible. Brother Filtration eligió un filtro coalescente en sustitución del filtro coalescente PALL. Según el entorno de aplicación del cliente, diseñamos la estructura de producto que le conviene.
